Helping to Build the Next Generation of Capable Leaders

Helping to Build the Next Generation of Capable Leaders30

October 2019 – Emory University, Goizueta Business School, Atlanta, GA

A wonderful day visiting and speaking with some amazing Emory University, Goizueta Business School, MBA Leadership Fellow students.  I truly appreciate the invitation from LTG (Ret) Ken Keen, Associate Dean Leadership Development, Goizueta Business School. Through the rigor and dynamic complex problem solving mastered during the program, his graduates are ready on Day-1 as they re-enter the workforce in premium positions.  These are the type of leaders needed in the Age of Artificial Intelligence, prepared to drive innovation and integrate the efforts of specialized cross-functional teams across the enterprise. It was a great opportunity to share how they are needed to “Lead Humans in the Age of AI and Why We Need them to become Integrator Leaders”.  I also enjoyed engaging with Emory University ROTC Cadets, a program that LTG Keen was influential in bringing back to campus.  These extremely high caliber students, through the grooming of the ROTC program, will be prepared as future Army officers.  Fantastic day for Chambers Bay Institute to do what we do best – help to build the next generation of capable leaders.
